Hotel and residential concierges received a special invitation to Relish Burger Bistro earlier this spring:

It was a special night meant to highlight the impressive work of concierges across the city as they recommend the area’s best restaurant options to tourists, business travelers, and even the occasional local in their daily work.
For us it was an opportunity to showcase Relish as an ideal dining spot in the heart of downtown with local, fresh ingredients and a prime location for getting to all of Seattle’s best attractions. We welcomed concierges from the Four Seasons to the Tulalip Resort, the Escala to the Inn at the Market and put on an evening event featuring delectable dishes made with the area’s best ingredients like Beecher’s Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Macrina Bakery sliders, ending the night with everyone’s childhood favorite: our S’mores roasting stations.
We are proud to introduce some of the most knowledgeable Seattleites to our unique restaurant and our prime location only steps away from the Nordstrom flagship store and downtown shopping, Pike Place Market, and the monorail to the Space Needle & Seattle Center. With full bellies, a great view, and some prime story-swapping our guests left with a new appreciation for our restaurant in Seattle’s vibrant landscape.
