Members of the community joined hotel owners and management to kick-off the grand opening of Relish Burger Bistro on Thursday, March 14th. We were thrilled to celebrate the evening with tasty bites, celebratory drinks and our neighbors!
“Relish Burger Bistro combines the best local ingredients with the amazing culinary inspiration that Seattle has to offer to create a winning pair – signature burgers and local brews,” said Relish General Manager Aaron Shook. “We are so thankful for the support of the community at the grand opening, and are excited to offer a gathering place for our neighbors to enjoy.”
Over 230 guests mixed, mingled and tasted sliders, appetizers, desserts and cocktails, prepared by Executive Chef Ali Majed. Icy-cold Rain Drop and Pineapple Chipotle cocktails were served from an eight foot-foot-tall ice bar created by Kevin Roscoe of Cascade Crystal Ice Sculptures, Inc. while servers passed trays of Big E root beer and beers from 18 local breweries on tap. PSAV® Presentation Services set the mood with festive lighting and music.
We invite you in to dine in a social and interactive setting with communal tables, open spaces, complimentary WiFi, bar seating and an open kitchen concept! Come in to experience our affordable and quick lunch menu; an extensive bar with 21 beers on tap, 18 of which are local brews; and laid-back happy hour venue where guests can accompany their burgers with local favorites.
